Maximizing Your Spa Experience
We strive to ensure that all our guests are seen at their scheduled time, so please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and complete the Guest Intake Forms appropriate to the services you are receiving. If you are late, your service may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time with no reduction in price.
Please leave all personal items and valuables at home. Any items brought with you to the Spa will be kept in a locker during your treatment or in your treatment room. The Spa is not responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen during your time with us.
As standard practice we ask all clients to arrive 15 - 20 minutes early so we can get you back as soon as possible.
All of our treatments include time to get onto the table with a consultation (5 min.) and time to get off of the table and changed after your treatment (5-10 min.). A 60 minute body treatment is 45-50 minutes hands on in line with industry standards. Depending on your facial treatment, will determine how long your session is. Prior booking, session times will be listed under the service description. Please read.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
- All services will be scheduled with a credit card to hold the appointment. If your card does not work, you will not be able to have your appointment. IF you no show/cancel and the fee is unable to be processed, you will no longer be permitted to receive services from Isha Esthetics and Wellness.
- Same day cancellations and reschedules are charged 50% of the original service amount.
Our spa is an adult environment designed for relaxation and tranquility. To ensure that all guests enjoy the peaceful environment of the spa, we respectfully request that noise be kept to a minimum. For your safety, we recommend drinking no more than one alcoholic beverages before receiving a spa treatment. In consideration of other guests, please leave your cell phone on mute in your locker or turned off when you are in the spa. Smoking is prohibited.
Children and pets are prohibited in the spa during treatments. Service animals MUST be vested. The atmosphere is not built for the comfort of either.
Guests 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult and get written consent for any services provided at Isha Esthetics and Wellness. No exceptions and non-negotiable.
Your Heath and Special Considerations
Please advise us of any medical condition, injury or if you are currently under a physician’s care, when making your spa reservation. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure or heart ailments are of special interest to our spa professionals. Please be advised that pregnant women may only receive massages once they have completed their first trimester. We strive to provide you with the best attention possible and want to ensure that our treatments do not interfere with any issues you may be experiencing. We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.
What to Wear
For most treatments, no special clothing is necessary. The spa will provide a robe and slippers. Our therapists are well versed in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Prices do not include gratuity and are at your own discretion. Gratuities can be added to the final billing at your request.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full service rate of their scheduled service. We care so much about you showing up that we can call you, send you an email reminder, text you or all three to make sure you don't miss your pampering time. If you no-show and you have a treatment series planned, you will lose the session in that series scheduled. It can work away at your package so I suggest communicating with us openly and honestly. We want you to succeed!
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
All sales are final.
Gift Certificates are available for most of our services and packages, as well as in any dollar amount. You can purchase a Gift Certificate, in person, on our website or via phone using a credit card. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. If there is a price difference for the service, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.
