Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists we require a 24 hour notice when cancelling or changing appointments. Appointments are made and are held using a credit card number. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours the credit card used to hold the appointment will be charged for the full amount. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable. If you No Call/No Show you will be charged the full amount PLUS a $20 rebooking fee if you are scheduling again. CLIENTS WHO NO CALL/NO SHOW MORE THAN ONCE WILL BE DISMISSED AND NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR ISHA ESTHETIC SERVICES.
If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the appropriate forms for the services you are receiving.
If you arrive late for an appointment without notifying me of your tardiness you will receive the service you are booked, for the remaining time allotted. You will still be responsible for paying for the full amount of the service. However we do know that life does happen and try to be as accommodating as possible.
All retail purchases are final. No refunds. Store credit can be given for unopened/unused products.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the building due to health codes, unless you have the service dog certification and appropriate dress. Please have it available upon request.
We love our little guest and even have some of our own, however we do ask that they also adhere to the courtesy of the spa atmosphere. If at anytime the atmosphere becomes compromised by the child's behavior, for their safety as well as the therapist, the service may be terminated.
Treatment bundles are subject to expire 60 days after being purchased. All treatments must be completed within 90 days of being purchased. This is established to ensure that all clients are experiencing the treatment in the most effective way possible. ALL SALES OF BUNDLES/PACKAGE DEALS ARE FINAL UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH YOUR PROVIDER.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you are adding on any treatments through our booking system. It is up to you as the client to ensure that you are paying for the add-on unless other arrangements have been discussed with your provider. We accept VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX, CASH. We do not accept checks.
Gift Certificates are available for most of our services and packages, as well as in any dollar amount. You can purchase a Gift Certificate, in person, on our website or via phone using a credit card. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. If there is a price increase for the service, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.
